摘　　要：当前学前教育专业毕业生的职业认同、保教工作、家园沟通、教学与科学研究等岗位胜任力严重不足。反思高校实践教学体系构建方面的不足,为确保高校人才培养与社会需求的有效对接,高校学前教育专业应建立以岗位胜任力为目标的实践教学体系,设计配套的实践内容,利用融园模式,建设岗位胜任力综合训练平台,并提高校内外实践基地利用率和实践指导水平。At present,the professional identity of pre-school education graduates,childcare and education work,home communication,teaching and scientific research and other post competence is seriously inadequate.Reflecting on practice teaching system in colleges and universities to build the shortfalls,in order to ensure the effective link of college talent training and social needs,should be set up to university preschool education specialized post competence as the goal of practical teaching system,supporting design practice content,using the kindergarten integration model,constructing the post competency training platform,and improving the utilization rate of practice bases and the level of practice guidance.
