摘　　要：当今社会,酒店行业在世界范围内飞速发展,人才需求量巨大,各大高校的酒店管理专业也逐渐成为大学生选择的热门专业,高职院校作为应用型人才培养的主力军,为社会输送着源源不断的酒店管理人才。校企合作是近些年兴起的一种人才培养模式,具有很强的时效性。在对校企合作存在的企业实际情况不了解、培养的学生素质不高、指导教师作用没有发挥等问题,结合饭店公共关系课程,对校企合作模式的问题和策略进行探讨。In today’s society,the hotel industry is developing rapidly in the world,and there is a huge demand for talents.The major of hotel management in colleges and universities has gradually become a popular major for college students.As the main force of application-oriented talents training,higher vocational colleges provide a continuous stream of hotel management talents for the society.School enterprise cooperation is a kind of talent training mode rising in recent years,which has a strong timeliness.In the school-enterprise cooperation in the existence of the actual situation of enterprises do not understand,the quality of students is not high,the role of the instructor has not played,combined with the hotel public relations course,the problems and strategies of school-enterprise cooperation mode are discussed.
