基于职业生涯教育理念的师范生教育实习优化路径研究

摘　　要：教育实习是教师教育课程的重要组成部分和实践方式,是落实师范生职前认识教师职业、增强职业认同感、提升教育教学能力、进行职业决策的关键途径。目前,师范生教育实习的主要问题包括实习学校条件无法得到保障、教师对实习过程的指导不足、对实习效果的评价形式单一、实习生的职业生涯意识淡薄等。师范院校、地方政府和中小学校应加强协同合作,优化教育实习路径。具体来说:一是完善教育实习保障机制,形成基础性保障;二是加强指导教师队伍建设,实现针对性指导;三是构建多元化评价模式,形成发展性评价;四是深化师范生的职业生涯教育,实现职业化探索。Educational practice is an important part of education,and is the key way to realize the pre-job cognition of teachers’occupation,enhance professional identity,improve the ability of teaching and make career decision.Based on the concept of career education,this paper analyzes the main problems that affect the effectiveness of educational practice,such as the lack of guarantee of school conditions,the lack of teacher guidance in the process of practice,the single form of evaluation of practice effect,and the lack of career awareness of interns.Normal universities,local governments and middle schools should strengthen cooperation and optimize the path of educational practice.First,it is necessary to improve the mechanism of educational practice security to form basic guarantee;second,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff to achieve targeted guidance;third,it is necessary to construct multiple evaluation model to form a developmental evaluation;Fourth,it is necessary to deepen the career education of normal students to realize the exploration of professionalization.
