摘　　要：从法学的视角来看,法律翻译指的是在法律制定、法律执行和法律适用环节所涉及的翻译活动,是涉外因素在法律运行各个环节中的具体体现。法学视角下法律翻译的判断标准不是看翻译内容是否与法律有关,而是看翻译文件是否会在法律制定、法律执行和法律适用环节中使用。法律翻译固然属于一种翻译活动,但其还可以被视为一种特殊的解释活动。From the perspective of jurisprudence,legal translation refers to the translation activities which are involved in the processes of law enactment,law enforcement and law application.The judgment criteria for legal translation from the perspective of jurisprudence is decided not by the contents of the translation but by the fact whether the translation documents will be used in the processes of law enactment,law enforcement and law application or not.Legal translation is a kind of translation activities but also a special activity of interpretation.
