摘　　要：对非师范背景下的小学教师课程理解力进行调查分析,阐述了此次问题调查的意义和重要性,提出了简要的问题调查思路和理念。指出了非师范背景小学教师课程理解方面存在的问题,并提出通过建立终身学习观、建立有效的教师培训制度、加强对教师能力的考核和评价等三方面策略,提升非师范背景小学教师的个人能力及课程理解力。The research investigates and analyzes the course understanding of primary school teachers under the non-normal background,expounds the significance and importance of problem investigation,and proposes the brief problem investigation thinking and concept.The problems of course understanding of primary school teachers under non-normal background are pointed out,and strategies are proposed to improve individual ability and course understanding of primary school teachers under non-normal background from three aspects,including establishing life-long study concept,building effective teacher training system,strengthening the teacher ability assessment and evaluation.
