摘 要:快速变革的智能技术为劳动提供了新的机遇和挑战,未来的劳动者将越来越多地从事创造性劳动,因此,劳动教育的深度发展迫切需要革新和转型。在智能时代,创造性智慧是未来劳动者最理想的文化素养,创造性智慧赋能的劳动教育则应培养具有创造性智慧的人才,以促进人的全面发展和社会全面进步。通过界定创造性智慧的概念,厘清我国劳动教育在每个历史阶段的制高点,分析智能时代劳动的核心驱动力,明确创造性智慧为劳动增智、为劳动教育赋能的时代选择和必要原因,进而分别从五个方面和四个向度阐述创造性智慧赋能智能时代劳动教育的内涵和维度,为劳动教育的新发展提供理论参照和实践指向。The rapidly changing intelligent technology provides new opportunities and challenges for labor. In the future, more and more workers will engage in creative labor. Therefore, the in-depth development of labor education urgently needs innovation and transformation. In the era of intelligence,creative wisdom is the most ideal cultural literacy for future workers. The labor education enabled by creative wisdom should cultivate talents with creative wisdom in order to promote people’s all-round development and social progress. By defining the concept of creative wisdom, clarify the commanding height of China’s labor education in each historical stage, analyze the core driving force of labor in the intelligent era, clarify the era choice and necessary reasons for creative wisdom to increase wisdom for labor and empower labor education, and then explain the connotation and dimensions of labor education in the intelligent era of creative wisdom from five aspects and four dimensions respectively, Provide theoretical reference and practical direction for the new development of labor education.
