摘 要:目的分析儿科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)压力知觉现状,并分析对策,关注不同类型住院医师心理健康。方法采用中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)、毕业后临床教学环境量表(PHEEM)对上海市某三甲儿童专科医院住院医师进行横断面调查。结果2019年儿科住院医师压力知觉量表得分均值为(23.85±6.22)分,低于临界值;临床医学硕士专业学位研究生压力知觉量表水平较面向社会招收住院医师高(P<0.05)。住院医师压力知觉与毕业后临床教学环境的角色自主性维度中的住院医师个人准备好了进入下一阶段学习的程度(P=0.015),被指派完成不了的临床任务(P=0.007)具有相关性,与社会支持维度的个人享受现在工作学习状态的程度(P=0.004)具有相关性。结论在住培管理工作中,关注不同类别住院医师的心理健康状况,特别是临床医学硕士专业学位研究生,以丰富住院医师心理干预措施,提升他们的核心能力,从全方位关注儿科住院医师成长。Objective To analyze the status of stress perception in standardized residency training of pediatricians,focusing on the different types of residents'mental health.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted on a children's hospital in Shanghai by using the Chinese version of the Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)and the Postgraduate Hospital Educational Environment Measure(PHEEM).Results The average score of the Pediatric Residents'Perceived Stress Scale was(23.85±6.22),which was lower than the critical value.The level of stress perception scale of the residents who were the students of professional master's degree had higher levels than the residents in standardized training(P<0.05).Residents'Perceived Stress Scale score was correlated with the degree to which"The training in this post makes me feel ready to be a SpR/Consultant"(P=0.015)and"I have to perform inappropriate tasks"(P=0.007),"I get a lot of enjoyment out of my present job"(P=0.004)in the Postgraduate Hospital Educational Environment Measure(PHEEM).Conclusion In the standardized training management of residents,we should focus on the different types of residents'mental health,especially the residents who were the students of professional master's degree.To enrich the psychological interventions of residents,improve their core competencies and focus on the growth of pediatric residents are extremely important.
