摘 要:随着中小学传统文化教育的日益开展,传统文化师资亟待建立专业化的培养、培训体系。从2014年教育部《完善中华优秀传统文化教育纲要》第一次明确传统文化师资培养、培训的要求到2019年教育部提出要“打造一支中华优秀传统文化教育骨干队伍”,传统文化师资培养政策逐步推进。各地就传统文化师资培训进行了不同尝试,越来越多的大学设置了国学院,部分大学开始招收传统文化教育方向硕士研究生。中小学传统文化教育正开启专业师资时代。At present,with the development of traditional culture education in primary and secondary schools,it is urgent to establish a professional training systemfor traditional culture teachers.In 2014,the Ministry of Education defined the requirements for training of traditional culture teachers for the first time in the outline of improving Chinese excellent traditional culture education.In 2019,theMin-istry of Education began to propose“building a backbone teamof Chinese excellent traditional culture education”,and the policy of tra-ditional culture teacher training was gradually promoted.Different attempts have been made to train teachers of traditional culture in dif-ferent places.More and more universities have set up traditional culture academies,and some universities recruit postgraduates in the direction of traditional culture education.The practice of traditional culture education in primary and secondary schools is gradually ushering in the era of professional teachers.
