摘　　要：线上教学是一种远程、不受距离限制就能保证教学实施、有别于线下教学的一种教学形式。在线上教学中,为更好地培养学生的职业道德、职业精神,教师应做好以下三方面工作:在教育教学中以学生为中心,培养团结协作精神;加强课堂互动,提升学生职业素养;重视平台监管,提高学生参与度。Online teaching is a teaching form that can ensure the implementation of teaching without distance limitation,which is different from offline teaching.In online teaching,in order to better cultivate students'professional ethics and spirit,teachers should do a good job in the following three aspects:taking students as the center and cultivating the spirit of unity and cooperation in education and teaching;strengthen classroom interaction and improve students'professional quality;pay attention to platform supervision and improve students'participation.
