摘 要:班规是由班级全体成员共同制定的、通过规范权利与义务的关系来引导师生行为、保障师生自由的班级制度。制度德性是班规的内在属性,班规的制定与实施必须经得起道德伦理的审判。其中,正义是班规的根本德性,人的全面发展是班规的终极价值追求。而现实情况中,班规的德性缺失现象屡见不鲜:反面表述与盲目利他为主,缺乏人文关怀精神, 班主任权威中心,漠视学生的道德主体地位, 考试与分数至上,忽略班规的德育价值。增强制度德性是班规德育功发挥的必要前提:坚持实质正义原则,增强班级成员对班规的认可与尊重, 坚持程序正义原则,鼓励学生在班规建设中积极进行道德建构, 坚持德育为先的全面发展原则,彰显班规的育人功能。Class rules are formulated by all the members of the class,which guide the behavior of teachers and students and protect the freedom of teachers and students by regulating the relationship between rights and obligations.System virtue is the inherent attribute of class rules.The formulation and implementation of class rules must stand the trial of morality and ethics.Among them,justice is the fundamental virtue of class rules,and the all-round development of human beings is the ultimate value pursuit of class rules.In reality,the lack of virtue of class rules is common:negative expression,blind altruism and lack of humanistic care spirit;the authority center of the teacher in class,disregard of the moral status of students;the supremacy of examination and score,and the disregard of the moral value of class rules.To strengthen the system virtue is the necessary premise for the moral education of class rules:adhere to the principle of substantive justice and enhance the recognition and respect of class members for class rules;adhere to the principle of procedural justice,encourage students to actively carry out moral construction in the construction of class rules;adhere to the principle of all-round development of moral education first,highlighting the educational function of class rules.
