摘  要:职前英语教师的专业发展关乎未来英语教育的前景,已引起学界的广泛关注,但有关其社会性的探讨尚不深入。《英语教师教育:社会文化视角下职前教师专业经验学习》一书以社会文化理论为视角,运用多样化的质性研究方法,借助丰富的个案实例,对职前英语教师专业经验学习过程及其社会文化影响因素进行了考察,为读者勾勒出一幅职前英语教师专业发展的社会环境图。本文逐一介绍了该书九章的主要内容,进而简要评价全书并提供阅读建议。The professional development of pre-service English teachers is closely related to the prospects of English education.It has aroused widespread attention in academia,but the discussion about its sociality is still superfacial.The book English Language Teacher Education:A Sociocultural Perspective on Pre-service Teachers’Learning in the Professional Experience,by taking a sociocultural perspective and employing a variety of qualitative research methods and a wealth of cases,not only analyzes the process of pre-service English teacher professional experience learning and investigates its social and cultural factors,but also draws a vivid picture for readers of the social environment for the professional development of pre-service English teachers.This article introduces the main contents of the nine chapters of the book,and then gives a brief evaluation of the book and some reading suggestions.
