摘 要:努力实现区(县)域内城乡义务教育一体化是新时代我国教育现代化发展征程中的现实诉求和理想追求,而其关键在于城乡教师一体化。城乡教师一体化的核心要义是“一体化”的伦理范式及其建构,包括以制度性正义为价值标尺、以主体性交往为哲学表达、以商谈性对话为道德诉求三个维度。It is the realistic demand and ideal pursuit in the process of China's educational modernization in the new era to realize the integration of urban and rural compulsory education within one region or county.The key lies in the integration of urban and rural teachers.The core of their integration is the ethical paradigm and the construction of integration,which includes three dimensions:taking the institutional justice as the value yardstick,taking the inter-subjective communication as the philosophical expression and the conversational dialogues as the moral appeal.
