摘 要:“教以成人”即教师通过“教”的引导使学生在获得知识的同时学会“做人”与“为人”,这是教学的原点与旨归。线上教学存在偏离为学生个性化发展提供服务支持的初衷、强调单向度传递教材知识、教师的教学行为滑向“技术依恋”等问题。将其厚植于“育人”本质并深化“教以成人”的目标理念、发挥其为学生学习提供个性化服务的优势、发掘现实生活的教学资源、凸显家长和学生等多元评价主体在教学评价中的参与和作用,是线上教学回归并实现“教以成人”的可能路径。“Teaching for cultivating a whole man”means that teachers guide students to be humans and to behave as humans while imparting knowledge to them through classroom teaching,which is considered as the origin and gist of teaching.However,online teaching has also brought about some problems,such as deviating from the original intention of providing service support for the students'personalized development,overemphasizing the single content selection of the existing knowledge in the textbooks and slipping into the“technical attachment”of teachers'behaviors in their teaching.In order to return to the origin of online teaching and realize the goal of“teaching for cultivating a whole man”,it is suggested to strengthen the“cultivation”and deepen the goal of“teaching for cultivating a whole man”,to take the advantages of personalized services for students'learning,to explore real-life teaching resources,and to involve parents and students in the multi-evaluation.
