摘 要:思政课是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道,思政课教师起着重要作用。教师是实践教学的主体,承担着教学组织、教学设计、教学实施的重要职责,其社会实践能力的强弱直接影响思政课教学质量。社会实践有助于提高思政课教师政治素养、实践教学能力和教学效果。高校思政课教师应提高社会实践观念意识,规范社会实践组织管理,构建社会实践长效机制,强化社会实践基地建设,搭建社会实践交流平台,坚持社会实践成效评价,把社会实践纳入学科建设。Ideological&political course is the main channel of ideological&political education for college students,and teachers of ideological&political course play an important role.As the subject of practical teaching,teachers undertake the important responsibilities of teaching organization,design and implementation.The strength of their social practice ability directly affects the quality of ideological&political teaching.Social practice helps the teachers improve their ideological&political literacy,practical teaching ability and teaching effect.The teachers of ideological&political course in universities should improve the concept and consciousness of social practice,standardize the organization and management of social practice,establish a long-term mechanism of social practice,strengthen the construction of social practice base,build a platform for social practice exchange,and adhere to the evaluation of social practice effect so as to bring social practice into discipline construction.
