摘 要:为解决食品干燥设备恒温控制系统精度低和温度响应速度慢的问题,设计一种基于PLC的食品干燥设备恒温控制系统。介绍恒温控制系统的基本结构和基本原理,设计以PLC为控制器核心,以触摸屏为上位机的控制系统硬件。为提高PID控制系统的响应速度,提高控制精度,在PID控制中引入模糊控制理论,利用模糊规格实现PID参数的在线自适应调整。仿真结果表明,该控制系统在温度控制方面能够提高响应速度、提高控制精度,对于提升食品的质量具有一定积极作用。In order to solve the problems of low precision and slow response speed of constant temperature control system of food drying equipment, a constant temperature control system of food drying equipment based on PLC was designed. The basic structure and principle of the constant temperature control system were introduced. The hardware of the control system with PLC as the core and touch screen as the upper computer was designed. In order to improve the response speed and control precision of PID control system, the fuzzy control theory was introduced into PID control, and the on-line adaptive adjustment of PID parameters was realized by using fuzzy specification. The simulation results showed that the system had a positive effect on improving the quality control of food.
