摘  要:传统的食品安全监控系统存在监控效率低的问题,严重影响市场对食品安全的控制工作。基于此,从硬件设备与软件功能方面,开展对食品安全监控系统设计与应用研究。在国际性电子代码标注设备、射频识别装置、信息网络设备等硬件设备的支撑下,选定食品安全监控区域,定位食品安全监控点。在获取监控点数据后,基于食品数据业务处理流程,完成对食品安全的监控。此外,设计对比试验,验证设计的系统在进行食品安全监控过程中,可有效提升监控效率,满足食品生产市场的发展需求。The traditional food safety monitoring system has the problem of low monitoring efficiency, which has seriously affected the market’s control of food safety. Based on this, from the aspects of hardware equipment and software functions, carry out research on the design and application of food safety monitoring systems. With the support of international electronic code marking equipment, radio frequency identification devices, information network equipment and other hardware equipment, select food safety monitoring areas and locate food safety monitoring points. After obtaining the monitoring point data, the food safety monitoring is completed based on the food data business processing flow. In addition, design comparison experiments to verify that the designed system can effectively improve the monitoring efficiency during the food safety monitoring process and meet the development needs of the food production market.
