摘 要:沈阳地铁4号线望花街站—劳动路站区间隧道采用土压平衡盾构掘进,隧道穿越富水黏土地层,隧道在里程DK2+227.100处下穿运营铁路。采用FLAC3D软件建立精细化计算模型,模拟了盾构掘进全过程,分析了盾构隧道开挖对铁路线路变形的影响规律。计算结果表明,盾构隧道开挖将会造成铁路变形超标。根据计算结果,提出了对铁路采用扣轨加固、隧道内径向注浆、地面深孔注浆等保护措施。结果表明,采用的保护措施能有效控制铁路轨道变形。The tunnel between Wanghuajie Station and Laodonglu Station of Shenyang Metro Line 4 are excavated by earth pressure balance shield model.The tunnels underpass the operating railway at mile DK2+227.100 which s is water-rich clay stratum.In this paper,the fine calculation model was established by FLAC3D to simulate the whole process of shield tunneling.The influence law of shield tunnel excavation on deformation of railway line was analyzed・The calculation results show that excavation will cause the deformation of railway to exceed the standard.According to the results,some protective measures such as buckling rail reinforcement,radial grouting and ground deep hole grouting are put forward.The reinforcement measures can effectively control the deformation of railway track.
