摘　　要：五禽戏是我国在长期的历史发展进程中形成的体育文化精粹,将其融入高校的体育教学之中,不仅可以达到强健学生体魄的突出成效,还能够发挥传承中华传统体育文化的作用。该文针对五禽戏应用于高校体育教学促进传统文化传承展开了研究,首先阐述了高校体育教学中引入五禽戏对于传承传统文化所具备的重要意义,其次指出了当前高校体育五禽戏教学过程中面临的困境,最后指出了具体的优化策略。Wuqinxi is the quintessence of sports culture formed in the long-term historical development of our country.Incorporating it into the physical education of colleges and universities can not only achieve the outstanding effect of strengthening the physique of students,but also play the role of inheriting Chinese traditional sports culture.This article focuses on the application of Wuqinxi in college physical education to promote the inheritance of traditional culture.Firstly,it explains the importance of introducing Wuqinxi in college physical education for the inheritance of traditional culture,secondly points out the current difficulties in the teaching process of Wuqinxi in college physical education,and finally pointed out the specific optimization strategy.
