摘  要:制动性能是汽车安全性的重要指标之一,车辆制动性能的好坏直接影响汽车速度性能的发挥,关系到乘员、车辆和行人的安全,是影响安全行车的重要因素。通过对挂车冲击制动系统的工作原理进行分析,模拟其制动过程,设计并制造了一套冲击制动系统检测装置,并对挂车左右轮进行制动力矩测试。结果表明,该检测装置可以方便有效地测量车轮的制动力矩,保证挂车制动性能,且与传统汽车列车制动检测试验平台相比,易于操作,可靠性高,并可在野外环境下对挂车进行制动系统性能检测。The property of braking system was one of the important indexes about the security of vehicles,the good or bad of braking system directly affected the performance of vehicle speed,which had relationship with the safety of the crew,the vehicle,and pedestrian,so it was the important factor that affected the safe driving.After analyzing the working principle of the trailer impact braking system and simulating braking system,a set of impact braking system detecting device was designed and manufactured,and the braking torque of the left and right wheels of the trailer was tested.The results showed that the device could effectively and conveniently measure the braking torque of the wheels,ensure the braking performance of the trailer,and it was easier to operate and more reliable than that of the traditional testing platform,it could be used to test the performance of the trailer braking system in the field.
