软镜模拟训练箱在泌尿外科实习中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察输尿管软镜模拟训练箱结合手术视频教学对医学生临床实践能力培养的影响。方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月的64例本院泌尿外科实习生作为研究对象,将其分为两组。传统组采用常规方法教学,训练组实施输尿管软镜模拟训练箱结合手术视频模拟教学。通过两组实习生出科时的教学满意度、理论考核及实践能力考核成绩进行对比。结果训练组实习生教学方法满意度为96.9%,理论考核成绩为(79.97±10.93)分,实践技能考核成绩为(82.63±9.36)分;传统组实习生教学满意度81.3%,理论考核成绩为(73.63±13.75)分,实践技能考核成绩为(75.66±12.32)分,比较两组数据,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施输尿管软镜模拟训练箱结合手术视频教学,可有效提高实习生对临床场景的熟悉程度,提高其知识掌握的系统性。Objective To evaluate the effect of flexible ureteroscope simulation training box combined with surgical video teaching on the cultivation of clinical practice ability of medical students.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,64 urological interns in our hospital were included and divided into two groups.One group received regular methods,while the other received flexible ureteroscope training box combined with surgical video.The results of teaching satisfaction,theoretical assessment and practical ability assessment were compared between two groups.Results In the combined training group,the degree of satisfaction of teaching method was 96.9%,the score of theory examination was(79.97±10.93)points,and the score of practical skill examination was(82.63±9.36)points.In the regular group,the degree of teaching satisfaction was 81.3%,the score of theory assessment was(73.63±13.75)points,and the score of practical skill assessment was(75.66±12.32)points.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice of flexible ureteroscope simulation training box combined with surgical video teaching can effectively improve the trainees'skills in clinical scenes and systematic knowledge.
