摘　　要：实施专业群人才培养模式的基本条件是同一专业群内有较高的教学资源共享度和就业相关度。设置任选课是专业群人才培养方案中不可缺少的一部分,体现了人才培养的适应性和拓展性,是培养复合型人才的迫切需要。结合常州信息职业技术学院电子信息工程技术专业群任选课设置情况,对专业群任选课的设置进行探索实践。The basic condition for the implementation of professional group talent training mode is that there is a high degree of sharing of teaching resources and employment-related within the same professional group,and the setting of optional courses has become an indispensable part of the professional group talent training program,reflecting the adaptability and expandability of talent training,which is the urgent need to cultivate interdisciplinary talents.Combined with the situation of setting optional courses of electronic information engineering technology professional group in Changzhou College of Information Technology,the paper explores the setting of optional courses of professional group and its practice.
