摘　　要：抚顺高新技术开发区在化工产业结构调整和转型升级中,面临前所未有的挑战,急需大量生产一线“用得上、留得住”的高职化工专业技能型人才。通过政府、高职院校、行业及企业深层次的产教融合、校企合作,从根本上解决抚顺化工行业高职人才供需矛盾,必将取得良好成效。Fushun High-tech Development Zone is facing unprecedented challenges in the structural adjustment,transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry,and urgently needs a large number of professional and skilled chemical professionals for the front line of production.Through the deep integration of industry and education,the government,and higher vocational colleges,and the cooperation between schools and enterprises,the contradiction between the supply and demand of higher vocational talents in Fushun chemical industry will be fundamentally solved.
