摘  要:目的:比较不同提取方式的灵芝孢子油品质。方法:以过氧化值、麦角甾醇含量和总三萜含量为评价指标,比较超临界CO2提取法和溶剂提取法得到的灵芝孢子油品质。结果:两种方法提取的灵芝孢子油过氧化值并无区别,麦角甾醇和总三萜含量差异较大。超临界CO2提取法得到的灵芝孢子油中麦角甾醇和总三萜含量均远高于溶剂法提取的灵芝孢子油。Object: Compare the quality of ganoderma lucidum spore oil from different extraction methods. Method: Using peroxide value, ergosterol content and total triterpene content as evaluation indicators to compare the quality of ganoderma lucidum spore oil obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction and solvent extraction. Results: There is no difference in the peroxide value of ganoderma lucidum spore oil extracted by the two methods, but the content of ergosterol and total triterpenes are quite different. The contents of ergosterol and total triterpenes in the ganoderma lucidum spore oil obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction are much higher than those of ganoderma lucidum spore oil extracted by solvent.
