摘 要:"有机波谱分析"是化学相关专业本科生的重要专业必修课之一,其对于化学类专业本科生的培养具有重要的意义。综合学生学习特点及课程特点,本文阐述了在该课程中引入课带实验的教学改革,将红外光谱、核磁氢谱及质谱部分的实验内容引入课程,旨在调动学生学习积极性,加强学生对波谱基础知识的吸收和掌握,提高学生的综合波谱解析能力。Organic spectra analysis, one of the important professional required courses of chemistry specialty and related field, is significative to educate the undergraduates of majoring in chemistry. Considering the learning characteristics of students and features of this course, in this article, we discuss the teaching reform of organic spectra analysis in combination with lesson tape experiment including three parts experiments of infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Which aims to motivate the learning enthusiasm of student, strengthen their skills in understanding and grasping the basic knowledge and the ability of comprehensive spectra analysis for compounds structures.
