摘　　要：百万扩招生源背景多样,需求多样,为职业教育改革带来巨大挑战。通过问卷方式对扩招生源背景信息、学习方式及偏好、学习需求及动机等进行调研与分析。针对调研结果,从校企合作、人才培养方案及学制、教学模式等方面提出对策和建议,以适应扩招生源的学习需求,促进他们稳定就业。The expanding enrollment by one million students have a diverse background and diverse needs,which brings great challenges to the vocational education reform.Through questionnaire,the background information,learning style and preference,learning needs and motivation of the students were investigated and analyzed.Based on the survey results,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of school-enterprise cooperation,talent training program,schooling system and teaching mode,so as to meet the learning needs of students from the expanding enrollment and promote their stable employment.
