摘　　要：介绍了一种基于西门子整体控制系统的伺服电动机轴自动化生产线的改造方案。该系统采用西门子SINUMERIK 828D数控系统和S7-1200 PLC,配合西门子SINAMICS V90PN伺服驱动器以及机器人的协作控制系统解决方案,在电动机轴的三大加工工艺中实现了生产流程高度自动化。A transformation plan for the automatic processing production line based on the overall control system of SIEMENS is introduced.The system adopts SIEMENS SINUMERIK 828D CNC system and S7-1200 PLC,cooperates with Siemens SINAMICS V90PN servo drive and robot's collaborative control system,which is highly automated in the production process of the motor shaft.High automation of production process in three major machining processes of motor shaft is implemented.
