摘　　要：随着我国教育改革的不断推进,高校教师需转变教学观念,开展网络教学。教师可开发网络教学资源,发挥网络课程共享、开放、灵活、协作的优势,提升网络教学的有效性。文章主要探究高校网络教学资源建设存在的问题和解决策略,以供参考和研究。With the continuous promotion of educational reform in China,college teachers need to change their teaching concepts and carry out network teaching.Teachers can develop network teaching resources,give play to the advantages of network curriculum sharing,openness,flexibility and cooperation,and enhance the effectiveness of network teaching.This paper mainly explores the problems and solutions in the construction of network teaching resources in colleges and universities for reference and research.
