白酒中塑化剂(DBP、DINP、DEHP)含量检测与分析

摘　　要：为探讨白酒中塑化剂含量与安全性,本研究在贵州省遵义市随机抽取100个白酒样品,按照《食品安全国家标准食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定》(GB 5009.271—2016)的要求对白酒中的三类塑化剂邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)及邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)进行了检测分析。结果显示DBP、DINP及DEHP的检出率分别为48%、0%及1%;DBP超标率为12%,最高检出值14.6 mg·kg^(-1),平均含量0.542 mg·kg^(-1),DINP及DEHP超标率为0%,DBP、DINP及DEHP平均值均低于国家风险评估限量值。研究表明:遵义市白酒中塑化剂基本处于安全范围,但个别白酒存在一定程度的DBP污染问题,潜在的健康危害和风险需进一步评估。To investigate the content and safety of plasticizer in liquor,100 samples of liquor were randomly selected from Zunyi,Guizhou Province,According to the“National Food Safety Standard about Determination of Phthalate Esters in Food”(GB 5009.271—2016),three kinds of plasticizer:dibutyl phthalate(DBP),diisononyl phthalate(DINP)and dioctyl phthalate(DEHP)were detected and analyzed.The results showed that the detection rates of DBP,DINP and DEHP were 48%,0% and 1%,respectively;DBP over standard rate is 12%,the highest detection value was 14.6 mg·kg^(-1),the average content was 0.542 mg·kg^(-1),and the exceeding standard rate of DINP and DEHP is 0%.The average values of DBP,DINP and DEHP were lower than the national risk assessment limits.The research shows that the plasticizer in Liquor is basically in a safe range,but there is a certain degree of DBP pollution in small amount of Liquor,and the potential health risks and risks need further assessment.
