摘  要:法学混合式教学深度融合线上线下教学、有效覆盖课前课中课后,开展以学生发展为中心的互动教学,有助于解决传统教学中存在的问题,实现新时代复合型法学人才的培养目标。开展法学混合式教学,教师需改革教学理念、方法与评价方式,合理设计与规划混合式课程,给予学生及时、有益的指导。学校学院也应在教学管理、课程设置、教师考核以及资金、技术各方面提供支持与服务。Blended learning of law teaching,which applies Internet technologies,deeply integrates online and offline teaching,effectively covers the whole process of teaching-before,during,and after class.It develops the student-centered interactive teaching,which is helpful to resolve problems existing in the traditional law teaching and to achieve the object of cultivating compound talents in the new age.When applying blended learning in legal courses,it is important that the teachers creatively reform teaching theory,methods and evaluations,reasonably design and plan blended legal courses,and warmly offers students with timely and beneficial guidance.Besides,universities and colleges should scientifically administer teaching,establish curriculum and evaluate teachers,as well as offer financial and technological help.
