摘　　要：以产教融合、校企合作模式下的“传统乳制品加工技术”课程开发研究为切入点,以校企共建实训基地为依托,研究产教融合、校企合作模式下企业工程师、学校教师及学生组成的团队,如何更好地提高实践技能,服务当地行业。This topic to fusion,university-enterprise cooperation education mode of traditional dairy product processing technology curriculum development research as the breakthrough point,obtain the construction of practice base as the backing,the fusion,university-enterprise cooperation education mode of education,curriculum development,to enterprise team of engineers,school teachers and students,to improve practical skills,service local industry better service as the goal.
