摘  要:为解决传统步进电机驱动器使用DSP芯片价格高和信号输入方式单一的问题,针对两相四线步进电机,使用ARM芯片设计了支持多种信号输入方式的步进电机驱动器,并开发了配套上位机。重点介绍了硬件电路设计和下位机程序设计,使用STM32F103C8T6芯片接收输入信号,将驱动器与控制器集成,同时支持串口、CAN和脉冲输入3种输入模式。实验结果表明:该驱动器满足多输入通信方式,运行稳定,成本低,适用于多种工业场合。In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional stepping motor driver using DSP chip which is expensive and the signal input mode is single,aiming at the two-phase four wire stepping motor,the ARM chip was used to design the stepping motor driver which supports multiple signal input modes,and developed the supporting upper computer.The hardware circuit design and the program design of the lower computer were emphasized,STM32F103C8T6 chip was used to receive the input signal,and the driver and controller were integrated into one.At the same time,three input modes including serial port,CAN and pulse input were supported.The experimental results show that the driver meets the requirements of multiple input communication mode,stable operation,low cost,and is suitable for various industrial occasions.
