摘　　要：随着高职生源的变化,在技能大赛训练过程中,参赛学生存在训练浮躁、毅力不强及思想认识不足等问题。结合高职生源特点和比赛项目特征,在模具设计与制造技能大赛中,融入马克思哲学方法、工匠精神和社会主义核心价值观等思政元素,希望提高学生产品设计能力,精益求精的工作水平和团队协作的集体观念。With the change of students in higher vocational colleges,there are some problems in the training process of skills competition,such as impetuous training,weak perseverance and insufficient ideological understanding.Combining the characteristics of higher vocational students and competition items,the ideological and political elements such as Marxist philosophy method,craftsman spirit and socialist core values are integrated in the mold design and manufacturing skills competition,hoping to improve students' product design ability,the working level of Excellence and the collective concept of teamwork.
