摘 要:面对严峻的就业形势,大学毕业生手持多份录用通知仍继续求职的现象却十分普遍。基于大学毕业生的问卷调查数据,考察最优化决策倾向对大学毕业生求职行为强度和结果的影响。研究发现:最优化决策倾向显著正向影响大学毕业生的求职行为强度,进而正向影响大学毕业生获得录用通知的数量,但对求职满意度的影响不显著。因此,对于大学毕业生拿到录用通知后继续求职这种现象应辨证看待,不能仅停留在对大学毕业生道德的指责上,要正视最优化决策倾向这种决策风格的正面影响。一方面,高校要引导大学毕业生理性看待获得录用通知数量问题,注重大学生职业生涯规划教育,培养大学生的求职能力,并谨慎开展就业明星评选活动;另一方面,用人单位应合理利用大学毕业生的最优化决策倾向,科学招录并最大化地吸引人才。建议在进行人才招聘时纳入最优化决策倾向测量,对不同类型的大学毕业生采取差异化的吸引方法,并慎重采用短时间签约的方式。Facing the severe employment situation,it is very common for college graduates to continue to apply for jobs with multiple employment notices.Based on the questionnaire survey data of college graduates,the influence of optimal decision-making tendency on the intensity and results of college graduates’job-hunting behavior was investigated.The results show that:the optimal decision-making tendency has a significant positive impact on the intensity of job-hunting behavior of university graduates,which then has a positive impact on the number of employment notices of university graduates,but it has no significant impact on the job satisfaction.Therefore,we should treat this phenomenon dialectically.We should not only criticize the morality of college graduates,but also face up to the positive influence of the decision-making style of optimal decision-making tendency.On the one hand,colleges and universities should guide college graduates to treat the number of employment notices rationally,pay attention to the education of college students’career planning,cultivate their job-hunting ability,and carefully carry out the selection of employment stars;on the other hand,the employers should make rational use of the optimal decision-making tendency of university graduates to recruit and attract talents as much as possible.It is suggested that the measurement of optimal decision-making tendency should be included in the recruitment process;different methods should be adopted to attract different types of college graduates,and the short-term contract signing should be carefully adopted.
