摘　　要：随着社会的不断建设和发展,社会对于人才培养的要求逐渐提升,我国人才培养体系需要基于社会对人才的需求,对当前人才培养的模式和体系进行改革,以此提升人才培养的质量和效果,为人才的建设和发展提供必要的支持。而1+X证书制度和学分银行的出现为各级职业院校提供了思考的路径。该文以1+X证书制度下,职业院校对接学分银行建设的探索与研究为切入点,简要分析了1+X证书制度下学分银行建设的基础、现状以及建设的策略,期待能够对相关人员有所帮助。With the continuous construction and development of society,the requirements of society for talent training are gradually increasing.China’s talent training system needs to reform the current talent training mode and system based on the social demand for talents,so as to improve the quality and effect of talent training and provide necessary support for talent construction and development.The emergence of 1+X certificate system and credit bank provides a thinking path for vocational colleges at all levels.Based on the exploration and Research on the construction of credit bank in vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system,this paper briefly analyzes the foundation,current situation and construction strategy of credit bank construction under the 1+X certificate system,hoping to be helpful to relevant personnel.
