摘 要:PBL(Problem-Based Lear ning)是以问题为基础,学习者为中心的教学方法。与传统教学相比,PBL更注重学生的主动性,要求自学与教师指导相结合。该模式自1969年创建,1997年首次在我国香港地区实施,近年来被广泛运用于国内高校医学教育领域。但将此方法糅合进公共卫生专业性硕士社会实践—课题研究阶段培养,形成培养模式尚在探索阶段。深圳市南山区妇幼保健院和中山大学公共卫生学院通过双导师制联合培养公共卫生专业学位硕士研究生。按照培养目标,笔者总结了近年来医院将PBL教学方法糅合进公共卫生专业学位硕士研究生社会实践—课题研究阶段培养中,形成PBL教育模式的过程,评价实施效果,进行经验总结与并展开讨论。PBL(Problem-Based Learning)is a problem-based,learner-centered teaching method.Compared with traditional teaching,PBL pays more attention to the initiative of students and requires a combination of self-study and teacher guidance.The model was established in 1969 and was first implemented in Hong Kong in 1997.In recent years,it has been widely used in the field of medical education in domestic colleges and universities.However,it is still in the exploratory stage to integrate this method into the social practice-subject research phase of the public health professional master’s social practice.Shenzhen Nanshan Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital and the school of Public Health of Sun Yat-Sen University jointly train master’s degree students majoring in Public Health through the double tutorial system.According to the training objectives,the author summarizes the process of integrating PBL teaching methods into the social practice subject research stage of postgraduates majoring in Public Health in recent years,forming PBL education model,evaluating the implementation effect,summarizing and discussing experience.
