摘 要:当前,创业团队冲突和创业失败研究文献较多,但研究两者关系的较少。选取创业团队冲突导致创业失败的4家企业作为典型案例,运用扎根理论研究方法,构建“输入-转化-输出”模型。其中,创业活动是输入部分,创业环境、创业团队冲突、冲突管理共同构成转化机制,创业失败是输出部分。在该理论模型框架下,深入挖掘创业团队冲突导致创业失败的演化路径,识别出创业活动“三阶段”和有效冲突管理的“两节点”,提出防范控制权争夺、减少决策分歧等一系列针对性建议。There are many studies on entrepreneurial team conflict and entrepreneurial failure,but there are few research literatures on the relationship between the two.This paper selects 4 companies whose entrepreneurial team conflicts lead to entrepreneurial failure as typical cases,and uses grounded theory research methods to construct an"input-transformation-output"model,with entrepreneurial activities as input,entrepreneurship environment,entrepreneurial team conflict,and conflict management together constitute a transformation mechanism,and entrepreneurial failure is the output.Under the framework of this theoretical model,we deeply explored the evolution path of entrepreneurial team conflicts leading to entrepreneurial failure,identified the"three stages"of entrepreneurial activities and the"two nodes"for effective conflict management.We have also put forward a series of targeted suggestions to prevent control competition and reduce decision-making differences.
