摘 要:预防性维护策略近年来在工业企业中得到了广泛应用,它对于提高高速列车的可靠性和安全性起着至关重要的作用.针对高速列车轮对磨耗的现象,以及由此引起轮对故障的问题,建立一种基于随机微分方程的状态预防性维修模型.该模型由车轮内部退化模型和外界干扰引起的波动模型两部分组成.首先,利用威布尔模型和多项式逼近函数构造综合故障率函数,从而建立基于状态和时间的车轮内部退化模型;其次,采用布朗运动来模拟外界随机干扰对状态转化过程中的影响,进而建立波动率模型,同时,利用牛顿拉佛森迭代法求解模型中的参数;最后,对高速列车轮对磨耗检测数据进行了算例分析,验证了该模型的有效性.Preventive maintenance strategy has been widely used in industrial enterprises in recent years,which plays an important role in improving the reliability and safety of high speed trains.This paper presents a state preventive maintenance model based on stochastic differential equation(SDE)to solve the problem of high speed train wheelset abrasion and its failure.The model was composed of the wheel internal degradation model and the wave model caused by external disturbance.Firstly,the Weibull model and polynomial approximation function were used to construct the comprehensive failure rate function,then the internal degradation model of wheel based on state and time was established.Secondly,the Brownian motion is used to simulate the influence of external random disturbance on the state transition process,hence the volatility model was established.At the same time,the parameters in the model were solved by the Newton Raphson iterative method.Finally,the model effectiveness was verified through analyzing the test data of high speed train wheelset abrasion.
