摘 要:现有对于亲亲相隐问题的讨论,几乎都将其解释为由不同的伦理身份的冲突带来的道德困境。在本文看来,儒家对于伦理问题是将其置于伦理关系之中加以理解的,由此可以有两条原则,其一,伦理关系中的一方应该以成就关系中的另一方的道德意义为最合理选择;其二,身处伦理关系中的另一方也应该承担相应的道德责任。这样来看待亲亲相隐问题,则“隐”也许不是为了简单的逃避,而是保持故事结局的开放性,在这一开放性中,对于故事本身中缺席的父亲有所期待。而我们之所以在解读过程中某种程度上忽视了这一思路,是因为我们已经熟习了西方现代性的自我观念。如果试图超越类似的已经被我们习焉不察的现代性观念,真正回归中国哲学,那么某些基于形而上学立场上的反省大概是必不可少的。Almost all the discussions alxml the problem of concealment of kin have been interpreted as the moral dilemma caused by the conflicts of different ethical identities.In my opinion,a Confueian ethical problem should be comprehended in the ethical relations,so there are two principles,first,one party of the ethical relationship should be based on the moral significance of achievement in relation to the other parly for the most reasonable choice;second,the other party in the ethical relationship should bear the moral responsibility.In this way,the“hidden”may not be simply to escape,but to maintain the openness of the ending of the story.In this openness,the story itself is expected of the father's action.The reason why we ignore this idea in the process of interpretation is that we have been familiar with the self-concept of Western modernity.If you try to surpass these modem ideas which we got used to and accepted,truly return to Chinese philosophy,then some reflections on the modern metaphysics are necessary.
