摘　　要：混合所有制属于经济学范畴。李克强总理要求“探索发展股份制、混合所有制职业院校,允许以资本、知识、技术、管理等要素参与办学并享有相应权利”。混合所有制产业学院是由企业和院校共同参与建设、共同运营、面向整个行业企业,具备学历提升、技能培训、技术研发甚至一定生产功能的产教深度融合体。实践证明,混合所有制是职业教育发展、创新的助推剂,发展产教深度融合的混合所有制产业学院更加有利于职业院校贴近生产一线、紧跟时代步伐。要真正让市场在资源配置中起决定性作用,职业教育的办学主体要着力破解混合所有制产业学院的法人属性、产权结构、治理结构、文化认同和教学改革等问题,才能真正实现高等职业教育与社会经济的良性互动。Mixed ownership belongs to economics.Premier Li Keqiang called for“exploring the development of joint-stock,mixed-ownership vocational schools,allowing capital,knowledge,technology,management and other factors to participate in school-running and enjoy the corresponding rights”.The industry college of mixed ownership is a deep integration of production and teaching,which is built and operated jointly by enterprises and colleges,facing the enterprises of the whole industry,and has the functions of academic upgrading,skill training,technology research and development and even production.The practice has proved that the mixed-ownership system is the booster of the development and innovation of vocational education,and the development of the mixed-ownership industry college with the deep integration of production and education is more favorable for the vocational colleges to be close to the production line and keep pace with the times.To really let the market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources,the vocational education should focus on solving the problems such as the attributes of the legal person,the structure of property rights,the structure of governance,cultural identity and the reform of teaching,etc.to realize the positive interaction between higher vocational education and social economy.
