摘 要:随着跨境电子商务的迅速发展,该领域人才缺乏问题日益凸显。除数量不足之外,电商人才综合能力也不高。在教学资源匮乏问题无法短期内彻底解决的情况下,跨境电商人才获得个人自主学习和自我提高的可持续发展能力具有重要的意义。本文结合当今跨境电商高速发展的时代背景,基于本校跨境电子商务专业数年来的实践(实训),探讨跨境电子商务人才的可持续发展策略,提出以TBL理论构建的团队合作实训体系和学习方式,是跨境电商人才构建终身自主学习能力,实现从业后可持续良性发展的有效途径。With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,the shortage of talents in this field has become increasingly prominent.In addition to the insufficient number of e-commerce talents,the overall ability is not high.Under the situation that the lack of teaching resources cannot be completely resolved in a short period of time,it is of great significance for cross-border e-commerce talents to obtain the sustainable development ability of personal independent learning and self-improvement.Based on the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,this article discusses the sustainable development strategy of cross-border e-commerce talents based on the practice(training)of the cross-border e-commerce major of schools for several years,and proposes a teamwork practice based on TBL theory.Training systems and learning methods are effective ways for cross-border e-commerce talents to build life-long self-learning capabilities and achieve sustainable and healthy development after employment.
