摘　　要：我校在工学结合职业能力递进人才培养模式的基础上,依据IEET国际认证标准,借鉴宝马BEST、一汽大众DEP等与我院合作项目培训模式,开发实施了校企双主体“四定式”人才培养模式。本文在“四定式”人才培养模式研究基础上,从专业标准修订、课程标准编制、实训条件的构建等方面分析了“四定式”人才培养模式融合“1+X”证书标准实的实施要素及相应策略,为职业院校“四定式”人才培养模式改革的有效实施提供相应参考模式。On the basis of the vocational ability progressive talent training model combining work and learning,and in accordance with the IEET international certification standards,the school has developed and implemented the school-enterprise dual main body"four fixed formula"talent training model.Based on the research of the"Four Sets"talent training model,this article analyzes the implementation elements of the"Four Sets"talent training model and the"1+X"certificate standard practice in terms of professional standard revision,curriculum standard compilation,and construction of training conditions,and corresponding strategies,providing a corresponding reference model for the effective implementation of the reform of the"four-style"talent training model in vocational colleges.
