摘 要:生成性教学,是生成性思维视域下的“具有过程性、动态性、互动性、开放性、创造性等特征”的教学形态。实现生成性教学的前提是灵动的教学计划,基础是智慧型的教师,教师可以弹性预设教学计划,在教学过程中运用教学智慧,敏锐捕捉和利用“生成性资源”,灵活动态地调整教学计划,既能达成预设的教学效果,又有意外的“动态生成”的教学收获。生成性教学鼓励学生质疑,要求教师创造性地组织教学,引领学生“动态生成”新的认识和意义建构。Generative teaching is a teaching form of"processing,dynamic,interactive,opening,creative and other characteristics"from the perspective of generative thinking.The premise of realizing generative teaching is a smart teaching plan,with the foundation of intelligent teachers.Teachers can flexibly preset teaching plans,use teaching wisdom to keenly capture and utilize"generative resources"in the teaching process.Flexible and dynamic adjustment of teaching plan can not only achieve the preset teaching effect,but also have unexpected"dynamic generation"teaching harvest.Generative teaching requires teachers to organize teaching creatively,encourages students to call in question,so as to leads students to"dynamically generate"new cognition and meaning construction.
