摘  要:德育学分制在“三全育人”工作中的有效应用能够为高职院校学生德育教育工作打开新思路。高职院校要准确把握“三全育人”实践工作中工作氛围不浓、积极性不高、渠道不畅、考评缺位等四大难点,探索基于企业微信社交平台打通德育学分制在“三全育人”实践中的应用渠道,开发“三全育人”网络服务平台,建立德育学分学生教师双向考核评价机制,并做好相关保障工作,以更好地提升学生德育工作实效。The effective application of moral education credit system in“three all-round education”can open up new ideas for students’moral education in higher vocational colleges.The four difficulties in“three all-round education”should be accurately grasped:the working atmosphere is not strong,the enthusiasm is not high,the channel is not smooth,and the evaluation is absent.It is proposed to explore application channel of moral education credit system in the practice of“three all-round education”based on WeChat social platform,develop“three all-round education”network service platform,establish a two-way evaluation mechanism of moral education credit for students and teachers,attach great importance to the relevant security work,so as to better improve the effectiveness of students’moral education.
