摘　　要：地域生态文化融入地方职业教育具有重要意义,有利于丰富职业教育内容、激发学生学习兴趣、增强课程教学实效、提高人才培养质量。但目前在地方职业教育中,地域生态文化的融入存在不足。有必要采用“四位一体”的模式:挖掘优秀素材,优化课程设置;整合教学资源,丰富教学内容;加强引导工作,创新教学方法;并注重实践教学,实现协同育人。从而将地域生态文化更好融入地方职业教育,提升教学效果和人才培养质量。It is of great significance to integrate regional ecological culture into local vocational education,which is beneficial to enrich the content of vocational education,stimulate students'interest in learning,enhance the practical effect of course teaching and improve the quality of talent cultivation.However,the integration of regional ecological culture is insufficient in the local vocational education at present.It is necessary to adopt the mode of"four in one":mining excellent materials,optimizing the curriculum setting;integrate teaching resources and enriching teaching contents;strengthening the guidance work,innovating the teaching method;and paying attention to practice teaching to achieve collaborative education in order to better integrate regional ecological culture into local vocational education and improve the teaching effect and talent training quality.
