摘  要:目的探讨问题驱动教学法(PBL)教学法在消化内科临床带教中应用价值。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月在该院消化内科进行实习50名实习护生作为该次研究对象,对50名实习护生进行分组,分组方法选取随机数字表法,研究组25名,对照组25名。分别将实施常规带教模式与PBL教学模式实习护生纳入对照组、研究组,对比两组实习护生各项考核成绩、综合能力、表现能力、工作能力、教学满意度评分、素质能力。结果研究组实习护生论知识考核能力、临床技能操作能力与对照组实习护生相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生分析能力、寻求真相能力、认知程度、求知欲评分与对照组实习护生相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生病理书写能力、理解能力、记忆能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力与对照组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生专科护理、护理流程、护理制度、基础护理评分与对照组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生对教学质量满意度评分、对教学方式满意度评分、对学习氛围满意度评分、对教师表现满意度评分与对照组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生应变能力、处理能力、协调能力、分析能力与对照组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化内科临床带教中PBL教学法效果较显著,对提高实习护生综合能力、专科水平发挥积极作用。Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in clinical teaching of gastroenterology.Methods The period from August 2019 to August 2020 was taken as the time frame of this research.50 nursing students intern in the department of gastroenterology of the hospital were selected as the object of this research.The 50 nursing students intern were divided into groups,and the grouping method was selected randomly.Numerical table method,25 nursing in the study group and 25 nursing in the control group.Nursing trainees who implemented the conventional teaching mode and PBL teaching mode were included in the control group and the research group respectively,and the assessment results,comprehensive abilities,and performance ability,work ability,teaching satisfaction score,quality ability of the two groups were compared.Results The study group's knowledge assessment ability and clinical skill operation ability were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group's analytic ability,truth-seeking ability,cognition and curiosity scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the pathological writing ability,comprehension ability,memory ability,communication ability and teamwork ability of nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of specialty nursing,nursing process,nursing system,and basic nursing of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing students in the study group had higher scores of satisfactions with teaching quality,satisfaction with teaching methods,satisfaction with learning atmosphere,and satisfaction with teacher performance,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Com
