摘　　要：目前,传统的教育系统承受着越来越大的压力,提高医学人才培养质量,提升医学生的职业素养和临床实践能力越来越受到重视。当前,用于评估医学生临床能力的工具较多。迷你临床评估练习(Mini-CEX)是一种基于工作过程评估实际临床表现的工具,可直接观察医学生的具体表现,客观地衡量医学生的临床胜任力,然后进行结构化的反馈,是以学生为中心的、促进学生自主学习的评估方法。本文就Mini-CEX在临床中的应用及作为评估工具的优势和不足作一综述。At present,the traditional education system is under increasing pressure.More and more attention has been paid to improving the quality of medical talent training,and improving the professional quality and clinical practice ability of medical students.There are many tools to evaluate the clinical ability of medical students now.Mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)is a tool to evaluate the actual clinical performance based on the working process.It can directly observe the specific performance,objectively measure the clinical competence of medical students,and then give structured feedback,which is a student-centered evaluation method to promote students'autonomous learning.This paper reviews the clinical application of Mini-CEX and its advantages and disadvantages as a evalvation tool.
