摘　　要：基础教育信息化进入信息技术与教育教学深度融合、创新发展的新阶段,基础教育信息化水平评价对引领基础教育信息化投入方向具有重要意义。本文依据育人本位的基础教育信息化水平评价指标体系设计测量工具,进行分层整群抽样,对215所中小学教育信息化水平调查问卷进行数据分析,通过验证性因子分析对基础教育信息化水平评价模型进行拟合检验,并对区域基础教育信息化水平进行测评。通过对评价模型的实际应用,能够反映育人本位的基础教育信息化取得的成效和存在的问题,从而实现对育人本位的基础教育信息化水平的准确测量。The informatization of basic education has entered a new stage of deep integration and innovative development of information technology and education and teaching,and the evaluation of basic education informatization level is important to lead the investment direction of basic education informatization.In this paper,we design evaluation tools based on the evaluation index system of basic education informatization level with a focus on human development,conduct stratified whole-group sampling,analyze data from questionnaires of 215 primary and secondary schools about education informatization level,performs fitting tests on the evaluation model of basic education informatization level through validation factor analysis,and measures the regional basic education informatization level.The practical application of the evaluation model can reflect the effectiveness and problems of the basic education informatization level with a focus on human development,to achieve an accurate measurement.
