摘 要:目的:研究微课结合PBL教学法在血液内科临床见习中的应用效果,尤其分析该教学法对学生综合能力的影响。方法:本次研究中的观察主体为齐齐哈尔医学院临床医学系的本科学生,均于本院血液科见习,按照入院时间的先后顺序,将2016级学生40人作为对照组,2017级学生40人作为实验组。对照组采用传统教学模式带教,实验组采用微课结合PBL教学法带教。结果:实验组见习生不仅在授课后病例分析成绩、自我导向学习能力高于对照组,P<0.05,综合能力更是显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:微课结合PBL教学法在血液内科临床见习中的效果显著,特别是对学生综合能力的提升具有明显的效果。Objective:To study the application effect of micro-class combined with PBL teaching method in clinical probation of hematology medicine,especially to analyze the inf luence of this teaching method on students'comprehensive ability.Methods:The subjects in this study were undergraduate students from the Department of Clinical Medicine of Qiqihar Medical University,who were on probation in the Department of Hematology of our hospital.According to the order of admission time,40 students from the grade of 2016 were selected as the control group,and 40 students from the grade of 2017 were selected as the experimental group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group was taught by micro-class combined with PBL teaching method.Results:The scores of case analysis and selfdirected learning ability of trainees in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro-class combined with PBL teaching method has significant effect on clinical probation in hematology department,especially on the improvement of students'comprehensive ability.
