摘 要:为了实现液体发射药火炮的自动变装药过程并保证燃烧室初始容积的稳定,设计了带游动活塞的加注方式,采用了模糊PID控制的步进直线电机位置伺服系统对定量缸活塞的位置进行控制。在AMESim及MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台下分别建立了自动加注系统的液压、气动部分和步进直线电机位置伺服部分的仿真模型。联合仿真结果表明步进直线电机位置伺服系统能够实现灵活变装药过程;系统加注0.8 L液体发射药共需要1.3 s、注液精度为99.91%,能够满足加注速度与加注精度的要求;火炮贮液室加注过程中游动活塞与喷射活塞分离,加注完成后喷射活塞头始终保持在燃烧室一侧的固定位置,可以保证燃烧室初始容积不变。In order to realize the automatic reloading process of varying the refilling volume of liquid propellant artillery and ensure the stability of the initial volume of combustion chamber,a refilling method with a moving piston was designed,and a servo system of stepper linear motor with fuzzy PID controller was established so as to control the piston position of the dosing cylinder.Based on AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink simulation platforms,simulation models of the hydraulic and pneumatic components and the stepper linear motor servo system were established respectively.The results of co-simu-lation show that the stepper linear motor position servo system can realize the reloading process of varying the refilling volume of liquid propellant flexibly,which can meet the requirements of filling speed and filling accuracy.The refilling system takes 1.3 s to refill 0.8 L liquid propellant with the filling accuracy being 99.91%.In the refilling process of the artillery storage chamber,the moving piston is separated from the injection piston.After the refilling process is completed,the injection piston head is always kept at a fixed position on the side of the combustion chamber.The initial volume of the combustion chamber can be guaranteed to be unchanged.
