摘  要:目的探讨概念构图教学法对护理本科学生临床评判性思维能力的影响。方法选取2018年1—6月在医院血液净化中心实习的90名护理本科生作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组和对照组各45名。对照组采用传统的临床带教模式,观察组采用概念构图教学法进行临床带教,比较两组护生评判性思维能力、自主学习能力及对教学方法的接受程度。结果入科时,两组护生评判性思维能力各维度得分及总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组护生自主学习能力各维度得分及总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施概念构图教学法后,观察组护生出科时评判性思维能力得分与总分、自主学习能力各维度得分与总分均明显提升,且观察组护生评判性思维能力得分与总分、自主学习能力各维度得分与总分均明显高于对照组护生;观察组护生对教学方法的接受程度高于对照组;组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论概念构图教学法有助于培养护生分析问题、解决问题及创新的能力,提升护生的评判性思维能力,可充分调动护生的学习兴趣,提升护生的自主学习能力,帮助护生将理论知识应用于临床实际中,且护生的接受程度较高。Objective To explore the effect of conceptual composition teaching method on clinical critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduate students.Methods To select 90 nursing undergraduates who practiced in the blood purifi cation center of the hospital from January to June 2018 as the study objects.According to the principle of comparability between the basic characteristics of the groups,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 45 students.The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching model,and the observation group adopted the conceptual composition teaching method for clinical teaching to compare the critical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability and acceptance of the teaching method between the two groups of nursing students.Results When entering the department,there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the scores and total scores of critical thinking ability between the two groups of nursing students(P>0.05),and there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the scores and total scores of autonomous learning ability between the two groups of nursing students(P>0.05).After the implementation of the conceptual composition teaching method,the critical thinking ability scores and total scores,and the scores and total scores of all dimensions of the self-learning ability of the observation group nursing students were signifi cantly improved,and the scores and total scores of critical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability of the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group;the observation group's acceptance of teaching methods was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The conceptual composition teaching method can help to cultivate the ability of nursing students to analyze problems,solve problems and innovate,improve the critical thinking ability of nursing students,fully mobilize the learning interest of nursing
